Having tightness in the side or back of your neck?
This lesson will free up the left side of your neck (AKA side-bending), yet if you have tightness on the Rt side, then switch the rights and lefts.
All you need is 1 or 2 medium sized hand towels for this lesson. Grab a mat and join me on the floor!!
