Yet there are little things you can do to align your spine, feel more balanced and symmetric, and live with more comfort from the inside out.

With a focus on the Feldenkrais Method®, think of each lesson as meditation with movement. Through the mindset of exploration, you can train your body to become wiser and move with more grace, ease and efficiency.

Shara has worked 25 years as an Occupational Therapist, mostly in out patient settings, so I have first-hand experience is seeing the limitations of “stretching” and Physical Therapy exercises for recovery. I incorporate both mindsets into my practice and what I have found to have the absolute best outcomes for recovery.
