I just had a Hip arthroplasty and noticed there was nothing on youtube aside from physical therapy exercises. Within days of my injury, I noticed my back started to tighten and I began to walk with my pelvis way off to the side (Trendelenburg gait), and my spine felt so out of alignment which eventually resulted in mild pain and discomfort. Unhealthy movement patterns set in quite quickly post injury!
