This is the 2nd Feldenkrais® lesson of a series I created post hip arthroplasty surgery to help myself & others to heal faster! This series is not only excellent for leg injuries, yet also for back, neck or arm pain, or simply finding your overall symmetry and alignment.
This particular lesson may be helpful for anyone who wants to gain more equilibrium and clarity of the hip joint and walk with a more balanced and aligned gait. Also great for leg length discrepancies. Through small micro-movements focused on the pelvis, you may notice an extraordinary improvement in your balance, gait and overall alignment.
